Affiliate Program Policy of Elite Pro Solutions

Welcome to the Elite Pro Solutions Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you sign up.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Elite Pro Solutions Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid website, blog, or social media profile.
Not promote any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the program, you must complete and submit the affiliate application form on our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotion
3.1 Use of Affiliate Links:
Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a unique affiliate link to use in promoting our services. You may place these links on your website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
3.2 Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates may not engage in any of the following activities:
Use of unsolicited commercial email (spam) to promote our services.
Misrepresentation of our services or false claims.
Promotion of our services on websites or platforms that contain illegal or offensive content.
Any form of cookie stuffing or using other deceptive means to generate clicks or referrals.
4. Commissions
4.1 Commission Rate:
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the total sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
4.2 Payment:
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis via PayPal or bank transfer. Payments will be made for commissions earned in the previous month, provided the total commission amount is at least $50. If the total commission is less than $50, the amount will be carried over to the next month.
4.3 Tracking:
Sales are tracked using cookies that last for 30 days. If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission for that sale.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by You:
You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by notifying us in writing.
5.2 Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any action that may harm our reputation.
6. Modification
Elite Pro Solutions reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the affiliate program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elite Pro Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program or your potential to earn income from the program.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guatemala, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
